Not just surviving, thriving
Helping Children Thrive, from Birth to 18
The question
What do you do for the next 18 years?
Help Them Thrive grew out of our time working alongside Let Them Live, a nonprofit that walks with mothers through crisis pregnancies. We saw beautiful, life-giving work. And we kept coming back to one quiet question: what happens after the crisis passes?
A child who survives still needs to grow, to learn, to be loved, and to know God. HTT exists to offer continued support, encouragement, and practical resources from birth through age 18, so children don’t just survive hard circumstances. They thrive.
How we serve
Ask. Listen. Serve.
01
Ask
We start by asking the people we meet what they actually need, instead of arriving with our own plan.
02
Listen
We slow down to hear the stories of caregivers, pastors, and kids. Listening is its own kind of care.
03
Serve
Then we roll up our sleeves, with our hands, our time, and the resources you help us bring.
Ways we help
Small, practical acts of love along the way
Every stop looks different. Here’s what serving usually looks like.
Church projects
Painting, repairs, and helping hands for local congregations.
Manual labor
Building, fixing, and cleaning at children’s homes.
Supplies for ministries
Bringing what’s needed to those already doing the work.
Evenings of joy
Games, crafts, music, and plenty of laughter with kids.
Mentoring teenagers
Honest talks about their future and their faith.
Praying with families
Sitting with parents and caregivers and lifting them up.
Riveted Horizons
Four years. One Airstream. Wherever He leads.
Our family is traveling the world in a 1959 Airstream, stopping to serve orphanages, children’s homes, churches, and families along the way. Follow the route, the stories, and the people we meet.
